Hello Gators Families,

We are excited for the 2025 swim season - which will be here very soon! Registration is open to returning Gators families as of TODAY! Please see the details below about the upcoming season:

REGISTRATION DATES:

• March 2nd: Returning Gator families may begin registering
• March 18: New Gators may begin registering
• March 31: Registration closes

TRYOUTS FOR NEW GATORS:

• Tryouts are on April 13th and April 20th from 2p-4p at GHCC for new Gators only. Sign up for Tryouts

PRACTICE & MEET SCHEDULES:

• Schedules are posted on the website.
• Unfortunately we are not able to use the Lakewood pool this summer due to maintenance. We strive to have a variety of practice options available and will be adding morning practice times at Jester. More info to come soon.
• Please review the expectations for swimmers and families, practice times and meet schedule to ensure that you can attend at least two practices a week and enough meets to gain qualifying times for CHAMPS.

PRESEASON LESSONS & TUNEUP CLINICS:

• Coach Sam Connors at Great Hills RUSH is holding Spring Tune-up clinics, please see the RUSH website for more details and registration.

GATOR GEAR STORE:

• *NEW for 2025* Order your Gator gear, equipment and suits at our new Gator Gear Store! Items will be shipped directly to you and purchases help support our team.
• We still have caps, yeti’s, signs and sponsorships available on our team website.

VOLUNTEERING:

• *NEW for 2025* Meet volunteer positions will be selected when you declare your swimmer each week. It is expected that if your child is swimming at the meet, your family will volunteer for each of your swimmers at the meet.
• We have volunteer role descriptions here. Start thinking about how you’d like to volunteer during the season. Families with multiple swimmers often choose a leadership role as it can be difficult to fill multiple volunteer roles during a meet and leadership positions fulfill all requirements for the season.
• We are looking for Volunteering Leads for the following roles: Tent Parent Lead, Great Hills Liaison Shadow, President Shadow, Meet Director Shadow, Volunteer Coordinator Shadow, Computer Shadow, DJ, and more.
