Gators Swim Team

The last day to register is April 1st!

You are about to register for the 2026 Gator swim season! We look forward to seeing our returning swimmers and welcoming new swimmers!

For the 2026 season, we will not require volunteer sign-up during registration. However, you are required to sign-up for a volunteer shift for each swimmer when registering your swimmer(s) for a swim meet. It is expected that there is a volunteer shift filled for each swimmer for every meet your swimmer swims in. *if a swimmer drives themselves to the meet, they can fulfill their own volunteer commitment by working set-up, tear-down, ribbons, or coaching positions*

5/9 @ Falcon Pointe Flyers

5/16 vs. Westover Hills Orcas

5/30 vs. Forest Area Fast Frogs

6/13 @ Balcones Woods Blue Waves

6/20 vs. Twin Creek Twisters

6/27-6/28 Championship Meet @ RRISD Aquatics Center

2026 Registration fees; includes team t-shirt

• $275 for first swimmer
• $225 per swimmer for each additional sibling under age 15
• $85 per swimmer age 15-18 

Age groups are determined by the swimmers age on 5/1/2025.  All swimmers must be 4 yrs & older.

Please register only those children who have swimming abilities (i.e. can swim 1 length of the pool freestyle, no fear of water, or separation difficulties.)

There is a MANDATORY tryout for all NEW swimmers between 2pm and 4pm on March 29th and April 12th.  

Register your swimmer first, and then sign up for tryout on Swimtopia "Schedule" --> "Team Events & Swim Meets"

Location: Great Hills Country Club - Directions

• Sunday, March 29th from 2:00pm - 4:00pm OR
• Sunday, April 12th from 2:00pm - 4:00pm

If a swimmer attends on March 29th and does not pass the try-out, they are welcome to try again on April 12th. If a child is unable to pass the tryout, they will not make the Gators swim team. Coaches will have final determination of a swimmer's readiness.  Children who are unable to pass the tryout will be offered a refund for registration.
